Day 4: fitness.
still sweaty from my really short workout today: legs legs legs!
My abs are still recovering so I’m resting them and I was hoping to go for a run today but it is storming outside!!
So today my routine was:
10 mini squats, one high-knee jump. 5 sets.
50 side lying hip abductions for each leg.
5 lunges for each leg, alternating and holding for counts of 5.
Not super crazy but still pretty good : )
PS went shopping for protein bars today … SO MUCH YUMNESS
